A Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) fractionation facility in BC designed to load butane, propane and condensate into trucks and railcars for transport.  The railway connects to CN’s mainline and will consist of storage tracks and loading tracks with a total track capacity of 191 railcars. The loading tracks straddle a double sided multiproduct loading rack.

Tri Innovations was responsible for the civil earthworks as well as the industrial track design and approval with CN engineering and operations.

Tri Innovations was also responsible for registering the railway with the province of BC and developing the Safety Management System (SMS).
