Vice president, operations
Pejman is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience encompassing the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors of the energy industry. His breadth of experience includes engineering, project engineering, project management and business development for both brownfield and greenfield projects.
Pejman has executed projects with over a dozen major oil and gas companies on projects ranging in size from $25,000 to over $5 billion from concept to completion.
The key objective for Pejman is to build a high performing team tasked with understanding client needs and drivers. Pejman believes that innovative solutions can be effectively delivered when the client and the Tri Innovations teams are aligned on objectives and success factors.
Director of Engineering
Greg has over 25 years of experience in the Engineering Services industry across Oil & Gas, Mining, and Environmental Industries in engineering and corporate roles.
Greg brings an Instrumentation and Controls Engineering background with experience in all phases of engineering and design development, site construction support and plant commissioning and start-up.
Projects range from studies to pilot plants to facilities, to major projects exceeding $1 billion in both greenfield and brownfield contexts.

After serving as a Program Manager with a specialization in Midstream projects, Jarvis moved up to the role of Director, Corporate Development in May 2024. Renowned for his exceptional leadership and expertise in the gas sector, and bringing more than 18 years of experience, Jarvis has navigated the complexities of midstream operations, demonstrating a profound understanding of gas-related projects from conception to execution, and management of change scopes.
Serving as a trusted liaison between project stakeholders and ensuring clear communication channels, Jarvis brings the ability to understand client needs and preferences, which allows him to tailor solutions that meet and exceed expectations. This client-centric approach has consistently resulted in high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships with our clients.
Jarvis’ leadership approach is characterized by collaboration and inclusivity, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation within his teams, and he is committed to excellence, upholding principles of quality, integrity, and safety in every aspect of his work.
Jarvis holds a key understanding of the physical and chemical properties of natural gases, having completed the University of Calgary’s ENCH 607 Natural Gas Processing Principles course.
In his role as Program Manager – Midstream, Jarvis leveraged his knowledge of Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs), Carbon Capture and Sequestering (CCS), CAFO / Biogas Processing and Renewables to present clients with value-add solutions across the project lifecycle and this hands-on approach is what makes him the obvious choice to take on the role of Director of Corporate Development.

With over 20 years of engineering and project management experience across diverse industries, Rafiq is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) known for successfully executing complex capital and sustaining capital projects. His expertise spans oil sands, LNG, nuclear, petrochemical, co-generation, and industrial construction, offering clients a comprehensive understanding of project delivery from concept to completion.
At Tri Innovations, Rafiq leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful projects such as the Creditstone Fuel Terminal, where he manages overall execution, stakeholder coordination, and detailed engineering. His extensive experience with phased project delivery models ensures seamless transitions through project phases while maintaining cost and schedule control.
Rafiq’s background includes leadership roles with major industry players like Husky Energy, Bruce Power, and Fluor Canada. His work has encompassed facility design, pipeline integrity, environmental and regulatory compliance, and construction management. Notable accomplishments include identifying cost-saving initiatives, developing project execution strategies, and leading cross-functional teams through high-value projects like SAGD facilities, LNG expansions, and refinery revamps.
An accomplished electrical engineer, Rafiq has overseen the design, procurement, and construction of high-voltage systems, co-generation facilities, and complex electrical infrastructures. His ability to manage interdisciplinary dependencies and stakeholder relationships ensures projects are delivered to the highest standards.

PROGRAM MANAGER, RAIL
Nicholas brings over 12 years of diverse engineering and project management experience, with a strong focus on industrial rail terminals, oil and gas facilities, and mechanical construction. His well-rounded expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and design to construction and operational support.
At Tri Innovations, Nicholas has successfully led multidisciplinary teams through complex projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and client communications to deliver exceptional results. His ability to manage engineering disciplines and ensure quality and safety across projects has earned him a reputation for excellence in the industry.
Nicholas’ core skills include detailed engineering design, equipment sizing, cost estimating, and procurement and construction support. He has managed the development of project scoping documents, PFDs, and P&IDs, ensuring seamless integration across engineering disciplines. In addition, his mechanical construction background equips him with a practical understanding of fabrication and installation requirements, enhancing his ability to bridge design and execution.
His project portfolio includes rail and terminal facilities, complex oil and gas infrastructure, and innovative hydrogen production initiatives. Notable achievements include leading the design and construction support for brownfield rail facilities, managing special equipment supply projects, and delivering high-value FEED and detailed engineering packages.
